At the Culpeper Minute Men's Chapter Annual Community Awards Banquet held at
the Hazel River Inn on October 25, 2003, an SAR for Outstanding Citizen
Awards were presented by President Bayne. An extensive citation containing
the accomplishments of each recipient was read. The photo shows Joseph A.
Troilo, JR. being presented the certificate for being selected as the
Chapter's Citizen of the Year.
