An SAR Fire Safety Medal, Bar and Certificate was presented to Joseph Jackson Fray,
Chief of the Madison County Volunteer Fire Company. An extensive citation on the
accomplishments of Mr. Fray were read by President Bayne.The photo shows Mr.
Fray being presented the certficate by CMM President Bayne.
