March 20, 2004: The Culpeper Minute Men Chapter March meeting was held at the Inn at Vint Hill Farms Station in Fauquier County on March 20, 2004. Professor Charles Errico. was the guest speaker. The Chapter also laid a wreath at the grave of President James Madison at Montpelier on March 16, 2004.

February 21, 2004: Members of the Culpeper Minute Men Chapter attended the Virginia Society of the Sons of the American Revoultion (VASSAR) banquet on February 21, 2004.

January 17, 2004: The Culpeper Minute Men Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution inducted their chapter officers for the years 2004-2005 at their monthly meeting January 17, 2004. Conducting the ceremony was Bob Justice, President of the Virginia Society Sons of the American Revolution (VASSAR) who gave the presentation
"The SAR in the 21st Century".

The new CMM elected officers are: Travis Q. Lyday, Treasurer; James M. Bayne, President; Donnel J. Hubbard, 2nd Vice President; Larry R. Alexander, 1st Vice President; and Dominic Lay, Secretary.

CMM chapter President Bayne was presented an Oak Leak Cluster Award and the Meritorious Service Medal for his accomplishments as Chapter president during 2003.
